Our guestrooms are appointed with simplicity in mind. They are named for each of the 2 previous owners. Both rooms share a large bathroom that has a shower and Jacuzzi.
The Bob Curd Room
Bob Curd was a descendent of John Curd, friend of Daniel Boone and one of the first landowners in this area. Bob built the Homeplace and worked as an accountant at the Glassmill on Jessamine Creek.

Ned & Frona Turner raised 4 children at the Homeplace feeding them from crops produced on the 2 acres we now enjoy. We bought the property from Ned’s children in 1998, making us the 3rd family to live here.
